CV CRETE DECK: Over Wood Surfaces

CV Crete Deck was created to solve the problem of failing EPDM rubber membrane systems that are commonly used to water-proof TREX® and other plank decking. Not only does it eliminate the need for a rubber membrane, but it all eliminates the spacing in between plank decking making a completely seamless surface. Plank decks suffer from the gaps between the planks which allows for leaves, food, and liquids to fall below. In multi-family housing, spacing between the planks allows spilled to fall freely to everyone below! CV Crete is seamless and completely water-proofing making a tight seal to the walls.

With a new water-proofing layer and decorative topcoat of concrete, Our CV Crete Deck system will change your failing concrete deck into a beautiful new surface WITHOUT the need to tear it out.

Pouring a thick slab of concrete on a raised deck requires lots of additional structural engineering plus a rubber liner to water proof the wood framing. But guess what? Concrete cracks! Then water get in and leaks down to the membrane and where does it go from there? It usually gets trapped and starts to freeze and thaw which will cause more trouble over time. CV Crete Deck will fix that and can be installed right over the existing concrete slab. The concrete slab becomes a good base for the new coating. SOVLED!

CV Crete Deck is the perfect way to protect and dress up your Parking Structures. We have the latest technologies for sealing parking structures so they don’t leak and perform under demanding traffic conditions. We utilize both heavy-duty concrete coatings and polyurethane traffic coatings. CV Crete Deck protects the existing concrete from vehicular traffic wear and tear, provides excellent traction, and ease-of-cleaning.
